Filter Socks
Swimming Pool Filter Socks, commonly known as filter savers, skimmer basket socks, or filter saver socks, are a very inexpensive and easy way to help keep your swimming pool clean.
They can easily be added to your existing swimming pools skimmer basket.
They will help capture smaller particles that would normally pass through the skimmer basket, thereby saving time, water and money as less frequent filter back washes will be required.
The filter socks are fairly cheap and can be quickly and easily replaced when they become dirty or full.
They have been designed to fit onto all swimming pool skimmer baskets and are available in handy packs of 5.
Installing Filter Socks
1. To install the swimming pool filter sock simply remove the cover from your skimmer box.
2. Lift and remove your skimmer basket.
3. Place the filter sock into the skimmer basket and stretch the top of the filter saver sock over the skimmer basket rim.
4. Place the skimmer basket back into the skimmer box, and re install the skimmer box cover.
Warning. Please check the skimmer box regularly as excessive accumulation of debris will reduce the water flow, and may damage the water pump.
